Suggested Activities Under the Project

The suggested time specific activities table and timeline chart are prepared based on the activities to be undertaken in the selected micro-watersheds. DPR preparation for 75 micro-watersheds will be prepared in 1st two years using the developed DSS and field verification and in case of delay in the development of the new model/DSS the DPR will be prepared with the use of the existing methods/models. Subsequently, refinement of the DSS and its application for hydrological assessment in remaining 332 micro-watersheds will be taken up during 3rd, 4th and 5th year of the project.

3	2023-24	• Preliminary data collection for the un-treated micro-watersheds of the selected districts • Thematic maps preparation • Refinement of DSS • Surface water, groundwater and crop model simulation • Scenario generation in DSS and recommendation for positioning of SWC structures, groundwater well and recharge structures, crop selection and crop management in MWS • Technical support in Preparation of DPR for MWS • Data monitoring, analysis and reporting • Review meetings/workshops etc.
